Method of Application:

1. Melting directly

Before melting, please pretreat it firstly by dehumidify and dry.

Recommend temperature between 150°C-180°C.

2. Dissolve it by solution.

  Recommend to use 10%~35% solid, appropriate heating and stirring could improve the effect of dissolution.

The solubility of the all kinds solvents as below:

Ketones	Acetone, butyl ketones, cyclohexanone, etc.	Can be dissolved easily
Esters	Acetic acid ethyl ester, butyl acetate, etc.	Can be dissolved easily
DMF		Can be dissolved easily
THF		Can be dissolved easily
Aromatic hydrocarbons	Toluene, xylene, etc.	Swelling
Alcohols	Ethanol, glycerin, etc	Swelling

Remarks:

1)      When making adhesive, the content of water in solvent should be less than 1‰.

2)      It’s ok if mix several kinds of solvent.

3)      If use swelling type solvent, it’s better to add the solution easy to be dissolved firstly, after TPU was dissolved totally, then add swelling type solvent again..
